We know you’re excited to receive your order! Dispatch: We process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days once payment is confirmed.
- Metro Cities: Usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days.
- Remote Locations: Usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer standard shipping rates across India to ensure your jewelry is handled with care:
- South India: ₹60
- Rest of India: ₹80
3. Tracking Your Journey
Once your order is on its way, we encourage you to keep an eye on its progress via the tracking link provided.
- Delivery Attempts: Courier partners typically make 1–3 attempts to deliver. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
- Special Locations: If your address is an office, hostel, or gated community, please coordinate with your local collection point or reception to ensure a smooth hand-off.
4. A Note on Accuracy & Re-shipping
To avoid any hiccups, please double-check that your address, pin code, and contact number are 100% accurate before finalizing your order.
- Missed Deliveries: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-availability, we are happy to ship it out again! However, the customer will need to bear the standard re-shipping charges.
- Carrier Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely dispatch, please understand that Oraah cannot be held liable for unexpected delays caused by courier companies. We will, however, always assist you in tracking and resolving issues.
